Taste: The restaurant boasts a 24 foot open hearth. Cooking in the hearth produces a lightly caramelized crust, a juicy interior, and an intensely meaty flavor. If you like roasted bone marrow, you will get your fill!
Thoughts: This is a steak to share unless you have a huge appetite. Definitely worth the price.
